Ca’P'a Casa Privata (private house) is situated in Praiano, in a solitary and privileged position, overlooking the sea, immersed in an area of 5000sqm with perfectly shaped hedges, green spaces, fountains and stone benches. It’s a unique location of peace and an ideal place for spending his holidays in contact with the nature.

The furniture of the Ca’P’a reflects the simple and popular style of the Neapolitan culture. In order to respect the tradition and the charm of this house, some elements that characterize in our days the modern resorts have been removed: no elevator – you will find a long stairway as an entry; no air condition, which could reduce the charisma of the house. 

Ca’P'a has simply six rooms, double rooms and suites, all with sea view and dedicated to a selected clientele. Each room has a very high domed ceiling (4.30 meters) and a stone floor. The suites are located on the first floor and consists of two rooms, one of them faces the internal side of the Ca’P’a and therefore this area has a soft light and can be a bit more chilly. Moreover on the first floor you can find a double room, while the other three double rooms on the second floor are. The three double rooms on the second floor have together a spacious terrace with panoramic view.

A long a stepped road beside the cliff, guests can reach the sea, where they have the possibility to swim in the sea or lie on the sun chair and enjoy the sunlight. The private house has in project the construction of a sea-water-swimming-pool.
