The majestic Hotel Palazzo Sasso is situated on the highest hill of Ravello, a town perched on a cliff overlooking the beautiful Amalfi coast, 350 meters above sea level. An ancient medieval city, with stone houses and pastel colours, a well-known tourist centre, famous for the several charming villas.

Hotel
Built in the XII century, on the noted square “San Giovanni del Toro” – where once all aristocrats of the medieval époque lived – you will find the enchanting Palazzo Sasso. For around 50 years it was known as Hotel Palumbo and was visited by many celebrities, such as Roberto Rossellini, Ingrid Bergman, the Duchess of Aosta Anna and a lot more… before closing in 1978. After years, precisely in 1997, after three years of renovation, they reopened and named the hotel new Palazzo Sasso and very soon it has been awarded to one of the Top-Hotels in the world.

Room
The elegant rooms of Palazzo Sasso are divided into Classic rooms and Suites (Classic, De Luxe Suite, Junior Suites and Superior Junior Suite). The rooms are equipped with the best comforts for the guests: Bulgari amenities, satellite TV, safe, mini bar, internet access and I-Pod speakers. All rooms are decorated with hand made Vietri ceramics, with antique carpets and furniture from the XVII and XIX centuries, with accessories and brass sconces.

Restaurant
The popular restaurant Rossellinis, awarded of two Michelin stars, will satisfy the needs of the most sophisticated tastes in a romantic candle light setting, breathing the ancient medieval atmosphere. For a more informal meal, Belvedere terrace will also be able to surprise the guests with light meals, snacks and refreshing cocktails, to be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the wonderful bay.
