The Il Mosaico restaurant is located in Casamicciola Terme, not too far from its tourist port, and only 500 m away from the sea and the pedestrian zone. The exclusive Il Mosaico restaurant, with an à la carte menu, offers mouth-watering dishes, created by the hotel chef especially for his clients, who intends to serve only the best dishes of the Italian and local cuisine, adding a touch of sublime creativity.

 

Special diet meals are also available.

 

The Chef
Gaetano di Costanzo, born in Ischia, after having completed his studies at the school for tourism and catering has improved his skills, by making relevant job experiences at luxury hotels and restaurants, in Italy as well as in European and non-European countries. Among the others, he has worked also for hotel Hilton in Brussels and in Las Vegas.

 

 

Since 2006 he has been working at the Il Mosaico restaurant which, thanks to di Costanzo’s extraordinary culinary skills, was awarded one Michelin star in the restaurants guide in 2008
